Heritage Estate Sales is proud to present the Estate of Niel & Bee. When they coined the term “self-made man” they were speaking of Niel. He was born in small town Utah and was one of 9 children. He loved fishing, hunting and Bee. He was drafted into the “Army Air Corps” in WWII and after the war, he hitch hiked to California to seek better employment.  Eventually he was able to buy his first Gas Station.  “Niel’s Union Oil Gas Station; then, through the years followed Niel’s Sporting Goods, Niel’s Boat Sales and finally Niel’s Motorhomes.  Bee developed a love for antiques from visiting her grandmother’s home and sitting in her parlor looking at the “pretties” in her curio cabinet.  From this love, her and Niel compiled an incredible collection and filled their two homes.  Their vacation home contents in Bullhead City was packed and brought to their Northridge home.  There are 300 plus more boxes of antiques and collectibles that will be unveiled at a later date.

ADOPT A DOG!

This week we are featuring Otis ”The Black Beauty”. Otis was abandoned on the streets of L.A. and was rescued by a good Samaritan in hopes of giving him a second chance. He is a gorgeous Staffordshire Terrier Mix Adult dog. He is very friendly, calm, loves walks, playing ball and fetching Frisbees and knows his basic commands. Good with kids.
