Attention Estate Sale Shoppers!

This weekend we are hosting a two day sale south of the boulevard in Encino. This home was decorated and furnished by renowned designer, Alessandra Branca, for Alex Meneses. The home has been featured in many magazines & now you can bring some of this design to your own home. A select few lighting fixtures will be offered for sale along with many designer clothing & accessories that Alex herself has adorned to award shows & other Hollywood events.

This will be a two day sale starting Saturday. Since we are only open for two days, Sunday we will be closing at 12:00 Noon to tidy up for one hour and reopening at 1:00 PM. Many of the items left will be sold at half price (unless marked)

PARKING WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR ESTATE SALE CUSTOMERS ALONG THE RIGHT SIDE OF THE DRIVEWAY AFTER ENTERING THE FIRST GATE. CUSTOMERS VEHICLES WILL NOT BE PERMITTED TO ENTER THE RESIDENTS GATE UNLESS THEY HAVE PURCHASED ITEMS FOR PICK UP. PLEASE DO NOT BLOCK ANY DRIVEWAYS OR GATES.
